Saffron Tea

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 tbsp saffron threads URL
  • 3 piece green cardamom pods
  • 1 piece cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 6 piece thinly sliced balanced almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring 3 cups water, saffron threads, green cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick to a simmer over medium-high.
  2. Cook until color of tea is golden amber, 2–3 minutes.
  3. Divide sugar and almonds between glasses; pour tea on top.
